We employ a variety of proven methods to improve retention while measuring improvements in clinical competency of our program participants. Our educational programs are clinically relevant and measurable.
- Literature and survey-based needs assessments
- Application of “Moore’s Outcomes Measures” to assess participation, satisfaction, declarative and procedural knowledge, competence, and performance
- Self-reported post-testing using on-line survey vehicles at 30, 60, and 90 days
